People who actually need a doctor's consultation at home will not be left without help. The patient can call and make an appointment with a doctor or justify the need and call a doctor to his home, while leaving his contact information ".

The report states that the doctor will have the opportunity to call the patient back and discuss with him his problem, and also to agree on the time of such a visit.

"Previously, the patient independently assessed his state and the state of his child and made a decision to wait for a doctor at home. Now the doctor based on information from the patient can evaluate the situation and offer the patient a more balanced decision. Sometimes the patient's condition calls for an ambulance (103), and not wait until the doctor comes to him. This is not about emergency assistance - the ambulance service will work as usual ".

So, the patient and the doctor talked through the registry and the tape in the journal. Now the patient and the doctor can access each other by phone directly.

The department says that every patient should understand that when a doctor goes to his home, he does not help at least three other patients. Therefore together with the doctor they by phone will together make the decision on necessity of visit home.
