The Leninsky District Court of Rostov-on-Don decided to seize the account of LLC "Agrocomplex Kuschevsky" owned by businessman Fyodor Streltsov, who after the sensational "trunks" got after the business of the former leader of the Kushchev gang Sergey Tsapka.

The court banned the posting of funds on the account in the Krasnodar branch of Rosselkhozbank, which now placed 84.6 million rubles. The arrest was carried out at the request of the First Department for the investigation of especially important cases of management of the TFR for the Rostov region in the framework of the criminal case against Vitaliy Koshchenk, the husband of the cousin Streltsov, the former director of Kuschev's Mayak and suspected of abuse of authority.

Earlier, a criminal case was opened against Georgy Kopyt, the general director of OOO Agrocomplex Kushchevsky,. He is charged with organizing in 2015 the theft of crops from the "Mayak" and illegal seizure of its land, reports IA "Rosbalt".

According to the investigation, as a result of crimes committed by Hoof and Kosen, Mayak suffered damage of about 300 million rubles. During the preliminary investigation, bank documents of the "Kuschevsky Agrocomplex" in the Kuban branch of Rosselkhozbank.

According to media reports, Streltsov was a companion of Sergei Tsapok, whose gang in November 2010 committed a massacre in the village of Kushchevskaya. After the gang was defeated and its participants were behind bars, the whole business of Tsapok went to Streltsov, but no one was responsible for the failure to return loans to Rosselkhozbank.

Now Streltsov is trying to convince the Krasnodar regional court and fellow countrymen that he was not connected with the "hubs". However, it is he who is the heir of the land that was previously controlled by the Tsapkov family.

Sergei Tsapok died in jail in July 2014. Earlier this year, a number of media outlets published his letter from the SIZO in which former advisor to the director of the Krasnodar branch of the Rosselkhozbank, Grigory Kudrya, was mentioned as a partner of Fedor Streltsov.

Earlier, the Novaya Gazeta Kuban wrote that the Rosselkhozbank issued large loans totaling about 7 billion rubles to the enterprises of the Sever Kubani holding company that were under the control of Tsapka and Streltsov.

Proceeding from all these facts, it can be assumed that in the next Kushchev's case new episodes may appear.
