Midfielder "townspeople" Rahim Sterling may soon sign a new agreement with the club.

At the moment, the 23-year-old has only two years left under the current contract with the City.

As informs ESPN, "townspeople" plan to prolong Sterling till the end of this season, having offered it at least the 5-year agreement. According to the publication, Rahim is one of the key players of the team, in which the future head coach of the City of Josep Guardiola is going to build his game.

In the season 2017-2018 Sterling scored 20 goals and 11 assists in all tournaments.
