The prosecutor's office of Novouralsk found that the food fed schoolchildren and kindergarten pupils in the municipality poses a health hazard. During the verification of LLC "Autor", which was engaged in the delivery of food in the canteens of educational institutions, it was found that food was prepared in conditions of total unsanitary conditions.

As the press service of the Office of Public Prosecutor informs, in the room where food was prepared for the kindergartens and the school, repairs were underway at this time, but the process was not suspended or postponed. There were no washbasins for staff, ventilation, utensils washed with expired washing-up liquids, the transport on which food was transported, was not disinfected, a number of employees did not pass professional hygienic training and certification, and workers prepared without special clothing and special footwear. Finally, the room was not treated with insects and rodents.

Based on the results of the investigation, the prosecutor's office initiated several administrative cases -. 43 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (violation by the executor, seller of the requirements of technical regulations or compulsory requirements to the products subject to application before the effective date of the relevant technical regulations or the release of products that do not meet the requirements), Article 6. 3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (violation of legislation in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population, expressed in violation of the existing sanitary rules and hygienic standards, non-fulfillment of sanitary and hygienic and anti-epidemic measures). The department introduced the submission to the head of the organization, and forwarded to the Novouralsk City Court a claim with the demand to eliminate violations.
