Former first racket of the world, Serbian tennis player Ana Ivanovic and German football player Bastian Schweinsteiger have become parents.

The couple had a son.

"Welcome to the world, our little boy. Words can not describe the happiness that we feel in our hearts, "Ivanovich wrote.

"We are so happy," added Bastian.

Ivanovich and Schweinsteiger were married in July 2016 in Venice.

Spouses now live in the US, where Schweinsteiger is in favor of the MLS "Chicago Fire".
