Sevilla's head coach Vincenzo Montella recalled his work at the helm of "Rosso Neri".

The Italian specialist was fired from Milan during the first half of this season for the unsatisfactory results that the team demonstrated despite a more than 200 millionth summer transfer campaign.

According to Montella, this composition needed much more time, and from it they demanded an immediate result.

"We, coaches, are paid, including for making us scapegoats," Vincenzo told Radio Anch'io Sport.

"I did everything I could, allowing some errors. In our team there were about 10 new players who came from other leagues. Many of them were without experience of international matches ".

"These players have never achieved major victories and they needed time to adapt, and they demanded immediate results from us".

"I think Milan should have been more patient. This is what I told the members of the board of the club, "- said Montella.

At the moment, Milan takes 6th place in Serie A with 50 points in the asset after 28 rounds.
