After the Carpathians managed to resolve the conflict with their former player Vladimir Hudyma, the Lviv club issued a statement.

Former player of the Carpathians Vladimir Gudyma withdrew all claims to the Carpathians, who owed the player 74 thousand dollars.

In this regard, the Lviv club made an official statement.

"Today in the media there was information about the settlement of the dispute between FC Karpaty and Vladimir Gudyma. In this regard, FC Karpaty considers it necessary to inform the public that the dispute at the club existed and continues to exist not with Gudyma, but with a system that, using football, for years sucked financial resources from clubs.

The names of specific functionaries of this system were partially named on the ProFootball program on March 4, 2018: host Igor Tsyganyk explained to the audience quite simply about the "organized criminal grouping" that simulated unfair decisions in favor of the players.

We are convinced that such public statements should be sufficient to initiate relevant investigations, especially since the first vice-president in today's FFU is the head of the newly created Specialized Anti-corruption Prosecutor's Office Nazar Kholodnitsky, a Lvovite. And he, of course, like us, is aware of the facts of high-profile and effective anti-corruption investigations conducted by the FBI regarding certain FIFA and UEFA functionaries, as well as large-scale corruption scandals in Turkey, Italy and Poland, which resulted in a significant number of their figurants being brought to the criminal responsibility.

FC Karpaty believes that this case should prompt the public and relevant bodies to a thorough investigation, as well as become a detonator that will undermine the system of corruption in Ukrainian football. We, in turn, will not stop in search of fair solutions, including - outside of football institutions. The truth is near, and will be confirmed.

As for the ex-football player of the club, it is obvious that his refusal of claims shows that such claims were groundless. FC Karpaty appreciates the efforts of all not indifferent persons, in particular, the fans who have been engaged in fundraising for Gudyma, but asks not to continue this activity, instead to help carry out an objective investigation of this case, and to find means more worthy of application - for example, to transfer to the needs of our defenders eastern borders.

We also ask this statement to be considered an official appeal to the bodies that are called to implement the appeal of the President of Ukraine "To live in a new way". If not in the country, then at least in football ".
