One consequence of such irresponsible behavior is the increase in the amount of fat in the body. Undoubtedly, the risk to health lies in the opposite situation - when fat is too small, but such cases in a more or less prosperous modern society occur less often than obesity and are, as a rule, less relevant. For a civilized society, the primary problem and the real trouble is precisely the excessive weight. And the trouble, first of all, is not in an unpleasant impression from the point of view of aesthetics, but in various diseases that are fraught with an excessive amount of fat contained in the body.
