In January 2018, the serviceman independently arrived at the military prosecutor's office of the Dnipropetrovsk garrison with the guilty. Taking into account the sincere repentance of the defendant, full confession of guilt and appearance with confession, the court, applying art.. 69 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, sent a serviceman-fugitive to the guardhouse for a period of 6 months.
