- The main event of 2017 - I consider the development and introduction of technology for the cultivation and production of chicken without antibiotics and growth stimulators under the brand Epicurus, the first sales started on December 24, 2017. Visiting the seminars and conferences of leading European experts on poultry farming, we learned that the vector of development of our industry in Europe and the USA is aimed at healthy nutrition and the rejection of antibiotics in poultry farming. For our team, this was probably the most serious challenge for the last 5 years, but we accepted it. We created a working group of the project, attracted European consultants to improve technology without antibiotics and started experiments! !! !! First half of the poultry houses within the same brigade, furthermore ... and .... today 50% of our birds are grown without antibiotics and growth stimulants! We are still in the middle of the road, there is still a lot to do, but a lot has already been done! To a large extent, all this was made possible by the desire of everyone to achieve the goal by cohesive teamwork. Team united and winged single goal.

- We have developed and implemented (as of today, 6 out of 11 brigades), the so-called Brigade Contract System. The very technology of cultivation without antibiotics requires even greater biosafety, strict adherence to hygiene both personal and on teams, workers should not keep poultry in their subsidiary farms. More control is needed at all stages of cultivation. The system provides for large powers of foremen, large salaries and fewer employees. This European poultry management system will allow for more effective management of growing. In the production of feeds, we laboratory examine and control the quality of input raw materials for the absence of mycotoxins and compliance with the required parameters. At the output, our products are subjected to additional studies in an independent laboratory for research on the lack of antibiotics.

- One of the key values ??of our company is the environmental friendliness of doing business. Already today we have learned how to utilize wastes and use them to heat water for production needs, and some of the waste is suitable for further use by mink farming farms. People who live nearby should not have questions to our factory.
