The corresponding decision was made at today's meeting on February 23.

It is noted that in this regard, the authorities have made changes to the city's comprehensive program Youth and Sports of the Capital for 2016-2018.

According to the head of the permanent commission of the city council on the budget Andrei Strannikov, it is this commitment, took over the city last year. The corresponding amount was provided for in the budget of Kyiv for 2018.

It is known that the allocated funds will be spent on issues related to infrastructure, security and improvement. The remaining costs are borne by UEFA.

As previously reported, URA-Inform, city chairman Vitali Klitschko said that the capital should best organize the UEFA Champions League final in May and demonstrate the city's ability to hold events of this level.
