In Nevyansk, the prosecutor's office obtained the dismissal of the head of the MBU "Management of the Nevyansky Urban District", which violated several laws at once.

The audit carried out by the department showed that, contrary to the legislative requirements, the official appointed to the post of director of the MBU in October 207 had no higher education, so he did not meet the qualification requirements. In addition, when entering the service, a man hid that he is the director and founder of a commercial enterprise, which is also a violation of the law. Moreover, the firm of the official was on the black list of the Federal Tax Service, because during the year did not pay taxes to the budget. For its leader, a three-year ban was imposed on the management of other legal entities.

In connection with the revealed violations, the prosecutor's office to the head of the Nevyansky urban district introduced an idea of ??eliminating violations of federal legislation, which the administration considered and granted. After the intervention of the prosecutor's office, the employment contract between the administration of the Nevyansk urban district and the head of the municipal budgetary institution "Management of the Nevyansky urban district" was terminated.
