Often we hear that people take vitamin C to lessen the pain. It is true that he has the property of increasing the effectiveness of the immune system. The problem is that the excess of this vitamin is much worse than its deficiency. The greatest amount of vitamin C, which can be consumed per day - is 2000 mg, but this rate is very individual. An excess of vitamin C in the body leads to nausea, diarrhea, heartburn and headache.

The use of certain proteins.

Separate the proteins from the yolks and there are only proteins - also a very popular healthy habit. According to people who advise eating some proteins, in yolks, in addition to cholesterol, there is nothing useful. This is quite enough to purify the body of toxins.

Low-fat products - this is a fashion trend, which came to the US in the 90's. Then the US Department of Agriculture convinced a huge number of people that low-fat foods - it's very useful. It was then that margarine appeared instead of butter and fat-free yogurt. Now we know for certain that this is not so. A study of scientists from Harvard, which took place for 8 years, showed that people who eat low-fat foods, not least suffer from cancer and heart disease. Also, these products do not help them lose weight. Insufficient amount of fats in these products contributes to the fact that a person becomes sluggish, drowsy and irritable.
