On the scene immediately came the investigative-operational group of the local police department. Law enforcers found that an unknown person shot a 24-year-old local resident, and then disappeared from the scene of the crime.

On this fact, the police opened a criminal case. The investigation continues, those involved in the crime are being investigated.
