It provides for punishment for the accusations of the Poles in the Holocaust, as well as for the propaganda of the "Bandera ideology". According to the document, the law comes into force 14 days after the day of publication, with the exception of two articles that come into force three months after the date of publication.
Recall, Polish President Andrzej Duda signed changes to the law on the INP on February 6. According to the decision of the head of state, changes within a week should be submitted to the Constitutional Court.
