The fire occurred in the abandoned cellars around eight o'clock in the morning. As reported by eyewitnesses, immediately arrived rescuers, who have already extinguished the flame, and are now preparing to explore the entire territory of the cellars.

Also on the scene are law enforcers and doctors. However, there was no information on the victims or dead.

In turn, the press secretary of the State Service for Emergency Situations in Kiev, Svetlana Vodolaga, confirmed the information and assured that the firemen liquidated the fire. According to her, a fire appeared in the collector near the European Square.

About seven o'clock in the morning, rescuers received information about the fire in Budindustria Street. The nearest fire-rescue units were sent to the scene of the incident.
