VSP dismissed the judge who made decisions on the arrest of activists of EuroMaidan

The corresponding decision was made in connection with the fact that it was she who decided on the arrest of the activists of EuroMaidan. According to the press service of the Supreme Court of Justice, the basis for the involvement of Judge Neganova in disciplinary responsibility was the facts of violation of law established by the Second Disciplinary Chamber of the Supreme Council of Justice, committed by a judge during the examination of an application for a preventive measure in the form of detention in respect of a citizen who participated in mass protests that took place between November 2013 and February 2014.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, for consideration in the Ukrainian courts are cases of 280 persons involved in violence on Independence Square during the protests of 2013-2014 - from beating to murder. Lutsenko promised that this year "will be marked by correspondence" not only over Yanukovych, but also against persons involved in economic and ordinary crimes.
