Ukrainian singer Dasha Astafieva admitted that the year was treated by a psychiatrist. She told about it in one of the recent interviews.

"I was a very dependent person - from the weather, from the opinions of others, my work. This was a serious problem, the same as drug addiction, "- said the singer.

According to the singer, she could not even sleep without drugs.

"I could not live without sleeping pills and soothing, without vitamins," Dasha confessed.

Astafieva remembers that her therapist in the process of treatment said that she will quit her job. Six months later, the singer really left the band "Nikita" and started a solo career.

"I realized that I do not need a person who will dictate to me the conditions. I am grateful to Yura (producer Yuri Nikitin. - Ed.. ), the team. But I realized that the crime against myself is not to do what you like, "said the singer.
