The Prosecutor's Office of the Sverdlovsk Region has submitted a criminal case to the Kirov District Court against the chairman of the board of the Aviator. According to the investigation, 145 citizens entered into agreements of share participation in construction with HBC "Aviator", which was an investor in the construction of a multi-apartment apartment house No. 15 on Bakhchivandzhi street (Koltsovsky residential complex).

The construction of the Koltsovskiy LCD began in 2012 and was due to end in three years.
