The capital's mayor also noted that the issue of the return of buildings from private to communal ownership will take some time, since it is necessary to comply with all legal procedures. The authorities of the capital work exclusively in the legal field and, unfortunately, it takes a little longer to gather relevant documents, apply to the prosecutor's office and, accordingly, the courts making decisions. The political decision we will take in the near future, - said Klitschko, adding that the task of the city authorities - to protect historical buildings from destruction, so that Kiev remained an ancient, historic city.
