The parties signed an agreement on the creation of a new coalition government. As reported by DW, the leaders of the CDU, CSU and the SPD managed to agree on the distribution of ministerial posts in the future government of Germany.

According to information sources, the parties to the negotiations still have to agree on positions only on a relatively small list of disagreements.

At the same time, according to the agreement, the new head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany will be the head of the Social Democratic Party of Germany Martin Schultz.

Recall, the coalition talks in Berlin began on January 26.

Participants in coalition negotiations are the Social Democratic Party of Germany Martin Schulz, the Christian Democratic Union Angela Merkel and the Christian-Social Union Horst Seehofer.

As reported URA-Inform, in December last year German Chancellor Angela Merkel was confident in early January she will be able to form a stable coalition.
