This mixture has amazing properties to reduce waist volume, remove slags from the body and strengthen immunity.
The mixture is prepared in the evening before bedtime. Here is the detailed recipe.
Take 1/2 h. cinnamon for 1 hour. honey, you can use more or less quantity, keeping the proportion 1: 2.
Boil 1 cup of water.
Pour in cinnamon and cover for 1/2 hour to insist.
Add honey when the mixture has cooled. Remember that high temperature destroys enzymes and other useful properties of honey.
Drink 1/2 of the mixture right before bedtime. The other half cover and put in the refrigerator.
