This is stated in the message of the press service of the Foreign Ministry.

It is noted that the requirements relate to the provisions of. 4 of the Minsk Protocol of September 5, 2014 to establish control and continuous monitoring of the OSCE over the temporarily uncontrolled section of the Ukrainian-Russian state border.

In addition, it is necessary to establish stringent security measures along the enemy's border. In particular, this is critical for the de-escalation of the situation and the peaceful settlement in the Donbass.

The press service of the Foreign Ministry also said that yesterday at a meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council it was decided to extend the mandate of the OSCE observer mission at two Russian checkpoints "Gukovo" and "Donetsk".

"The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine expresses its deep disappointment with the position of Russia, which once again blocked the expansion of the mission's mandate for the entire stretch of the border adjacent to the temporarily uncontrolled territory of the Donbass Government of Ukraine," the message reads.

Recall, as previously reported "URA-Inform", Volcker is sure that the conflict in the Donbass can be stopped for a year. We want to see all the citizens of Ukraine in peace and security.
