The authoritative French edition of L'Equipe assures that Valencia has practically reached an agreement with PSG about the transfer of Goncalo. The source notes that Gedesh will become a full-fledged player of the current club for 40 million euros.

At the same time, L'Equipe does not rule out that in the negotiations between PSG and Valencia Can Atletico wedged in and offer the French a more attractive deal.

Note that PSG is forced to sell players in order to avoid sanctions from UEFA for non-compliance with financial fair play.
