During this period, Ukraine bought 1,47 thousand. tons of caviar, which is 0.7% more than for the same period in 2016. The top three among the supplier countries are: the USA ($ 4.6 million), Belarus ($ 3.4 million) and Italy ($ 1.59 million). It is noteworthy that last year the growth of black caviar supplies began. Ukraine purchased 463.4 kg of "black gold", which is 35.4% more than in 10 months of 2016. The main suppliers are Germany and Poland. Export of caviar to banks from Ukraine for the indicated period increased by 25% - up to 64.8 tons. Revenue from exports was $ 1.27 million, up 21.6% over the same period in 2016. The largest buyer of Ukrainian caviar was Israel, while in 2016 there was not a single delivery to this country. So for 10 months of 2017 they bought caviar for $ 283.4 thousand. Also, Ukrainian producers started exporting black caviar to the US - for 10 months of 2017 caviar was sent for $ 29 thousand.
