The authorities of Ukraine were convinced of the inefficiency of soliciting money from foreign creditors and changed tactics. The other day the deputy head of the National Bank, Dmitry Sologub, put the "hard" condition for the International Monetary Fund (IMF): if until June the fund does not pay the next tranche of $ 3.5 billion, Kiev will cease all cooperation with the organization. At the same time, the mayor of the Dnieper, Boris Filatov, "intimidated" the US authorities by the fact that if they do not help to supply the local rocket-building enterprise Yuzhmash with orders, its employees will go to apply their skills to countries hostile to the Americans, namely, Iran and North Korea. Such a statement sounded very ambiguous in the situation when the US is investigating the possible participation of Ukrainian experts in the development of Pyongyang's nuclear missile program, notes the "Free Press".

Experts believe that such air shocks are worth nothing. Like, Filatov before the rise to power was a scandalous journalist and used to make provocative statements to the public, for which they do not have to bear responsibility.

In this case, the director of the Foundation for Historical Research "Founding" Alex Anpilogov notes that the plant "Yuzhmash" is really in a very poor state. At the enterprise since the 90's do not pay normal wages. Therefore, the design bureau "Yuzhnoe", part of "Yuzhmash", could sell its development to anyone.

North Korean missiles use the same technology as the outdated Chinese, which were developed at "Yuzhmash". They use highly toxic fuel components - heptyl and amyl. In the opinion of Anpilogov, this is an indirect confirmation of the fact that the North Korean missile program without the participation of Ukraine has not been avoided.

On the contrary, the American side is doing everything in its power to "pump" the Ukrainian armed forces against the Russian Federation. For example, in the Dnieper now, by the order of Saudi Arabia, they are working on the operational-tactical missile "Thunder". She, according to the assurances of the Ukrainian military, if necessary, can fly to Moscow. The US is indulging similar statements by Kiev and secretly preparing Ukrainian officials for the idea that war with Russia is inevitable.

Anpilogov points out that, despite the "washing away" of valuable personnel from the "Yuzhmash" in the years of Independence, the company has many highly skilled personnel. "And this residual potential of Yuzhmash, Pavlograd Mechanical Plant, Yuzhnoye Design Bureau, Pavlograd Chemical Plant is a whole conglomerate of enterprises.
