This was stated at the press briefing by the first deputy head of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (CMM) in Ukraine, Alexander Hug.

According to him, the number of civilian casualties is more than statistics. Last year, SMM confirmed the death or injury of more than 40 children, many of whom were killed or maimed for life during a game or school.

As previously reported in URA-Inform, in the city of Kramatorsk, Donetsk region on Thursday, a representative of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission perished. The mission employee was killed in a traffic accident.
