Midfielder Jonathan Biabiani is dissatisfied with the fact that Sparta "violates his rights".
Biabiani, whose contract still belongs to Inter, moved to Sparta on loan in the summer transfer window.
Recently, because of the conflict with the coaching staff, the player was suspended from the class in a general group and forced to work independently. For this reason, Biabiani intends to complain to FIFA.
Jonathan's lawyer said: "This is a gross violation of the rights of the player. Training separately from the team is a football version of solitary confinement. This is contrary to the recently adopted FIFA rules for the protection of football players ".
In 15 matches of this season, Biabiani has never managed to score a goal for Sparta.
