Representatives of Juventus and Cagliari will meet today, January 19, in Milan. They will discuss the transfer of the North Korean striker Khan Kwan Son, says La Stampa, owned by the owners of Juve - the family of Agnelli.

Khan last season became the first representative of North Korea, who scored in Serie A. Now he is in rent for Perugia in Serie B.

It is assumed that Juventus intends to acquire Khan not only because of his talent, but also to improve his position in the Asian market.

Transfer can be problematic because of the citizenship of Son. It is reported that working abroad, North Koreans are required to send part of their salaries to their homeland. Thus, it will finance the totalitarian regime in North Korea, which contradicts the sanctions of the United Nations and the European Union.

In July 2016, Fiorentina terminated the contract with Cho Son Gyun. The reason was the rumor that 70% of his salary will go to the government in Pyongyang.
