Today, at the meeting, the appellate instance upheld the decision of the Vyshgorodsky District Court of the Kyiv region on January 9 to elect the suspect a relevant preventive measure. Thus, Rossoshansky will be under arrest until March 8, 2018.

At the same time, the appeal was filed by the lawyers of the Nozdrovskaya family, who asked the court to change the measure of restraint for Rossoshansky to house arrest.

Recall representatives of the victims believe that the investigation did not provide enough evidence to verify the fault of Rossoshansky.
