The incident occurred in the village of Popelnya. This morning, January 16, the neighbors found the lifeless body of a 59-year-old pensioner. Upon arrival at the scene, doctors found out that the old man simply died from hypothermia of the internal organs in his house, there was no heating in the house. Law enforcers began to conduct investigative actions to establish all the circumstances of death, establish the identity of the deceased.

Recall that since the beginning of the year in the region from hypothermia, already killed four people. In total, between December 2017 and January 2018, more than 50 people died in the country.

A similar situation is observed in Poland, where frosts have taken the lives of 15 people.
