Deputies of the Legislative Assembly of Sverdlovsk Oblast begin work after the New Year holidays. The Budget and Finance Committee has already announced its plans for the coming months.

One of the most important committees of the regional parliament is preparing amendments to the law on the Audit Chamber of the Sverdlovsk Region. A working group on this issue was established at the end of 2017. According to the chairman of the profile committee, Vladimir Tereshkova, the bill will be considered at a meeting on February 20, 2018.

The Committee is going to analyze the results of the execution of the regional budget for 2017.

"This will help to identify areas that need to be taken into account when introducing changes to the budget of the region in 2018," Tereshkov specified..

In his opinion, changes to the law on the regional budget should be made in the near future due to changes in federal legislation in late 2017. In the regional budget, payments will be planned to maintain guarantees to parents at the birth of the first child, and the amount of budgetary allocations for the TFOMS.

Together with the Committee on Social Policy, the Budget Committee will consider the scheme for locating health facilities in the municipalities of the Sverdlovsk Region.

"We intend to analyze the placement and financing of the first level health facilities in the light of the optimization. Deputies will consider all proposals of local authorities and the regional government on this issue, "- said Vladimir Tereshkov.

Another topic that the deputies of the budget committee will pay great attention to is an analysis of the effectiveness of the regional legislation on granting tax incentives for business.
