OSCE observers observed five unacknowledged units of multiple rocket launchers (MLRS) "Grad" of terrorists of the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk "People's Republics" - near the line of demarcation in the Donbass. This is stated in the report of the monitoring mission.

In uncontrolled areas, the Mission recorded a multiple rocket launcher system (MLRS, BM-21 Grad, 122 mm) near the village of Mirnoe (28 km south-west of Lugansk) and four MLRS (BM-21) near the village of Novoamvrosievskoe (56 km to the east of Donetsk), located in violation of the outlets.
