In the city of Vishnevoe in the Kiev region, two Georgians, under the influence of drugs, went to the pavement, where they shot down a woman with a baby stroller and an 11-year-old girl. Now the mother and her one and a half year old kid are in the hospital, the schoolgirl was injured and is also under close supervision of doctors.

A car with foreign numbers, which stopped at a red traffic light, aroused suspicion among patrol policemen. Law enforcers decided to check documents from two people in the car's interior. This was reported in the press service of the police of the Kiev region.

Having seen policemen, the driver of a foreign car pressed the gas pedal and rushed to the prohibition signal of the traffic light, leaving at the same time on the oncoming lane. Ahead of the suspects noticed the car of the state security service. Trying to hide from the police, the car jumped onto the sidewalk, where it hit people.

It is reported that an angry crowd of eyewitnesses almost committed lynching over the mountain-driver and his passenger. Two foreigners were detained by the police and placed in a temporary detention center.

The perpetrators turned out to be citizens of Georgia, who have repeatedly had problems with the law. In particular, one of them is currently under investigation for the numerous thefts of the barrettes.

The results of the medical examination showed that the men were under the influence of heavy drugs at the time of the accident. Criminal proceedings opened, pre-trial investigation continues.
