As a result, according to preliminary data, five people were killed (officially confirmed the death of four people), 15 injured. The accident occurred near the house number 2 on the Slavic Boulevard.

In social networks there were eyewitness accounts and pictures from the scene, which shows that the bus drove to the staircase leading to the underground passage, crushing down on it people.

As the eyewitnesses note, the bus stood waiting for passengers, but unexpectedly went to the crossing.

According to media sources in law enforcement agencies, the most preliminary versions are a brake malfunction or a sudden maneuver performed by the driver due to the fact that the bus was pruned by another machine.

It is known that the participant of the fatal accident was the bus of the Moscow Region State Enterprise "Mostransavto".

Three ambulance helicopters from the Moscow Aviation Center were sent to evacuate the victims. At the site there are about 50 rescuers and 17 units of equipment.
