The government asks the president to abolish the outdated decree on the application of fines for non-compliance with certain norms on the terms of submission of reports, exceeding the limits of cash at the ticket offices and other. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine abolished more than 300 legal acts in the deregulation process in Ukraine. The corresponding decision was made at a government meeting on December 18, the correspondent of the newspaper GORDON reports..

The government also intends to ask the president to cancel several more documents.

Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade Maxim Nefyodov, presenting the project during the meeting, said that deregulation will concern several spheres, in particular, the liberalization of conditions for the use of cash registers. According to him, the Cabinet wants to avoid the situation, "when in a large store each cash register is registered as a separate structural business unit".

Also, the government asks the president to abolish the outdated decree on the application of fines for failure to comply with certain norms in the lines of reporting, exceeding cash limits at the box office and other.

The document assumes that the opening of offices of foreign companies in Ukraine will no longer need to be coordinated with the General Directorate for Servicing Foreign Delegations.

According to Nefedov, the government cancels outdated norms for estimating reserves on mineral deposits, which had to be carried out every five years.

On May 24, Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groisman said that "the system of control over business will be completely changed". On the same day, the Cabinet approved a strategy for the development of small and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine for the period until 2020.

The Prime Minister noted that in 2017 more than 100 legal acts were abolished that hindered the conduct of business, and in 2016 - 367.

Today Groisman said that the government will not support the system "that is valid today - when they come and for formal reasons begin to impose fines".
