According to him, statistics for this year is very disappointing. While in the ATU zone in 2016, 763 Ukrainian soldiers were killed, four times as many people died on the roads as a result of various road accidents and this in peacetime. Only in 2016 there were almost 155 thousand traffic accidents, of which - 25 thousand with the injured. From January to December 2017 in Ukraine there were more than 146 thousand accidents, which killed 3058 people.

Such a disappointing situation is connected not only with the quality of domestic roads, but also with the general culture of driving Ukrainian drivers, Zhukov sums up.
