This is reported by the Kyiv City State Administration with reference to the Hydrometeorological Center. At the same time on Saturday, December 16, there will be a cloudy weather with clearings and light rain. The authorities reminded drivers about the need to adhere to certain rules during driving in the fog and, first of all, to reduce the speed of movement.
