If North Korea finds signs of imposing a naval blockade, its revolutionary strong army will respond with urgent and ruthless self-defensive countermeasures, the report says.. Pyongyang also urged the US allies to assess the seriousness of the situation and to stop attempts at a naval blockade against the DPRK that could lead to a catastrophe.
