Head of the Council of Deputies of the Krasnoselsky District of Moscow Ilya Yashin, known for his scandalous behavior at opposition rallies of different levels, was useful to the Kiev authorities. The oppositionist has always been a frequent guest at various political Ukrainian events, now the negotiators go to him from there. In particular, the other day Yashin was visited by a Ukrainian citizen named Heinrich. The meeting took place at the workplace of the people's elected representative, that is, in the Krasnoselsky Soviet of Deputies. Officially the representative of Nezalezhnaya suggested Yashin, as the head of the Council, to exchange experience of municipal work with Ukrainian legislators. Unofficially, it was about provocations that Yashin could arrange in the Russian Federation. "Heinrich noted the good fighting qualities of Yashin and noted that the more groups of" fighters "of fans or oppositionists are in Russia, the sooner the situation in Russia will change for the better," the Telegram-channel "The Mouse in the Vegetable". Actually, work in this direction is already underway. On December 24, in Lermontovsky Square in Moscow, a regional holiday called "Day of Free Elections" was announced, which, according to some reports, Yashin plans to turn into an unauthorized rally. Blogger Alexei Navalny urged his supporters to join this event. And the guests from Ukraine are expected at the rally.
Note that the city authorities have already pointed out to Yashin about the inadmissibility of holding mass events without coordinating with the city. The Department of Regional Security and Anti-Corruption of Moscow sent a memo to the head of the district deputy council about the procedure for holding cultural events in the capital. In response, the deputy submitted an application to the prosecutor's office about infringement of rights.
Ilya Yashin was elected as a municipal deputy of the Krasnoselsky District of Moscow on September 7, 2017. In October this year, he headed the District Council of Deputies.
Yashin is an active participant in the protest movement in Russia. He spoke with anti-Russian speeches on the Ukrainian Maidan at the end of 2013. The special love of Kiev earned its criticism of the reunification of the Crimea with the Russian Federation in 2014.
