They became 20-year-old midfielder Dynamo Viktor Tsygankov, who won the fight for this title from Victor Kovalenko from Shakhtar and Andrei Lunin from Zarya.

In 2017, Tsygankov played for Dynamo 33 matches in all tournaments, which scored eight goals.
