Depo reports. Kharkiv, the verdict to the attacker on November 29 was taken by the Kharkiv regional court of the Kharkov region. According to the court, on the afternoon of October 2, 2017, an accused Russian in the city of Belgorod in Russia met with four immigrants from another country who intended illegally through the territory of Ukraine to enter the countries of the European Union. In a taxi, a man drove them to a control strip on the border, where he was sent on foot to the territory of Ukraine, bypassing the established border points. However, at a distance of 20 meters from the border already on the territory of Ukraine illegal immigrants were detained by border guards. The court found the man guilty of committing a crime by h. 2 items. 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and sentenced to five years in prison with a probation period of three years.
