This is discussed in the bill adopted by the Ukrainian parliament on the State Budget of Ukraine for 2018. According to this document - from these two billion hryvnia 1.6 billion will be directed to the functioning of the energy efficiency fund, as well as another 0.4 billion hryvnia - to implement the targeted economic program for energy savings called "warm credits". Thus, it is expected that more than 120 thousand Ukrainian families will be able to get help to warm houses.
