Appropriate decision was supported by 236 people's deputies. Thus, the law amends paragraphs 14 and 15 of Section X "Transitional Provisions" of the Land Code of Ukraine.

Now, according to these changes, the moratorium on purchase and sale and alienation of agricultural land plots. Also, the moratorium on the extension of the right to a land share (share) in the authorized capitals of business entities was prolonged "until the law on the turnover of agricultural land came into force, but not earlier than January 1, 2019".

According to the current norms, the moratorium is established "before the law on the circulation of agricultural land, but not earlier than January 1, 2018, comes into force".

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on budget issues recommended for adoption in the second reading of the State Budget-2018. Thus, the document on Thursday, December 7, was reviewed by the relevant committee.

As stated on the website of the Ukrainian parliament, following the results of consideration, the profile committee is recommended to envisage consideration of the bill on the state budget-2018 after adoption of related bills on amending the Tax Code of Ukraine to ensure the balance of budget revenues in 2018 and amendments to the Budget Code of Ukraine.
