The aggregate state debt of Ukraine during October 2017 decreased by 0.98%, or by $ 752 million to $ 76.29 billion. The corresponding data was released by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine. According to the Ministry of Finance, the state debt and state guaranteed by the state on October 31 amounted to $ 76.29 billion against $ 77.04 billion as of September 30, or 2.047 trillion hryvnia against 2.043 trillion hryvnia. At the same time, since the beginning of the year the total debt grew by 7.5% or by $ 5.32 billion. The total amount of direct state debt at the end of October amounted to $ 64.81 billion (1.739 trillion hryvnia) against $ 65.03 billion (1.725 trillion hryvnia) at the end of September. At the same time, direct foreign debt for October decreased by $ 0.13 billion - to $ 38.52 billion, and direct domestic debt for the month decreased by $ 0.1 billion - to $ 26.29 billion.
