Deputies of the Legislative Assembly of Sverdlovsk region decided to transfer the building of the Iset Hotel to the economic management of SUE InExpo. The building with an area of ??7852 "squares" is located on Lenin Avenue, 69 and is included in the "Town of Chekists". The book value is 68.4 million rubles.

Zmiugubernatora Sergey Zyryanov noted that the company has funds to repair the premises, in the future it is planned to attract private money. Deputy Vladimir Nikitin specified that after the reconstruction the building is planned to be used as a hotel, but the final decision will be taken after the transfer of the hotel to the ownership of the region. The relevant decree was signed in September 2017 by Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.

Under the basement of the Iset Hotel, according to him, there are communications of the whole "City of Chekists", therefore "InExpo" will expose the building protection.
