Such information was made public by the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Volodymyr Omelyan.
According to the minister, now the confidentiality agreement was transferred to "Ukrzaliznytsia" by the German side. After signing it, the relevant documentation will be provided. Technically, this can be done within one calendar year.
Asked whether Ukraine could get German electric trains by the end of 2018, Omelyan replied: "In principle, it is realistic if you work fast and efficiently".
