This is due to the fact that the SBU prohibited the artist from entering the territory of Ukraine, the organizers of Facebook.

As organizers informed, all previously purchased tickets are subject to return at ticket offices. The procedure and terms of return will be announced separately on Monday, December 4.

The fact that the rapper was banned from entering Ukraine for three years, became known in September, June 18, 2017, when Basta planned to hold a concert in Odessa, but the event was canceled in connection with the performances of the artist in the occupied Crimea. At the same time, the SBU reported that it did not prohibit the entry of the performer.
