In Pervouralsk on the fact of destruction of the cultural heritage object - a complex of facilities of the Bilimbaevsky plant - a criminal case. A dam with an overpass, a blast furnace, a blast furnace, a foundry, a room for an air blower, a room for an air blower, a cupola were built between 1733 and 1840.

"During the audit it was established that the owner of the complex LLC" Ekros "exploits objects of cultural heritage of federal significance in their production activities in violation of the requirements of the Federal Law of 25. 06. 2002 № 73-F3 "On objects of cultural heritage (monuments of history and culture) of the peoples of the Russian Federation". Improper operation of the facility leads him to an unsatisfactory state: some buildings are damaged by fire, others are partially destroyed, "the prosecutor's office of the Sverdlovsk region.

The supervisory authority sent a suit to the court demanding that the object of cultural heritage be seized from Ekros in favor of the Russian Federation.

During the additional verification it was established that unknown persons during the period from August to November 2017 methodically destroyed the "Complex of Structures of the Bilimbaevsky Plant, 1733-1840". The amount of damage amounted to more than 14 million rubles. On this fact, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Pervouralsk filed a criminal case under Art.. 243. 1 of the Criminal Code (violation of the requirements for the conservation and use of cultural heritage sites).
