In the Sverdlovsk Regional Court overturned the Verkh-Isetsky district decision on the deportation of Igor Shchuki, who tried to set Yeltsin on fire at his homeland, in Belarus. This decision is reported by the press service of the court.
"Such a decision was made in connection with the absence in its actions of the composition of an administrative offense. The proceedings on the case are terminated, "- explain there.
Recall, according to the GU MOI of Russia in the Sverdlovsk region on November 7 police officers on Boris Yeltsin Street near the monument to the first President of the country police detained a suspicious young man who tried to set fire to the monument. The siloviki opened a criminal case under part 2 of Article 214 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - vandalism.
